Here in Scotland we are very privileged to have a great natural larder.
Eddie & I strive to source our products and ingredients from local suppliers in Perthshire, Scotland and Britain where possible.
We try and support our local and small business's whenever possible.
In Pitlochry we are lucky to have an award winning butcher MacDonalds Bros Ltd and our eggs are free range and come from a local estate.
Our meals are all homemade by Heather to ensure a wholesome hearty meal full of flavour.
We hope you enjoy your food during your stay.
